All apartments have separate bedroom, kitchen equipped with all amenities including refrigerator and cooking plate, living room, bathroom with shower cabinet and a large roofed terrace with garden and barbecue. Wireless internet service is available but it is charged.

In the middle of the apartment village there is a main square surrounded by numerous restaurants, bars, shops. Promenade by the sea leads to one of the most beautiful beaches on the island offering also sports and recreational contents. Only one kilometre away is the most famous beach Zrće – in addition to beautiful beach it offers unforgettable night entertainment. Two other beaches, Caska and Straško are also close.

Gajac is only 2 km distant from the centre of Novalja with its rich offer of restaurants, cafés, discos and cultural programme during summer months. There is a regular bus service from Gajac to centre of Novalja.

If you have adventurous spirit, you can decide whether to try ski lift, jet ski, wind surfing, wakeboarding, bunge jumping, or if you prefer more classical sports you can enjoy in riding a bike, diving, hiking or excursions to the nearby national parks.
